Ingredients: Organic: raw honey, garlic, ACV, black seeds, ground Ceylon cinnamon, ground turmeric, ground lucuma, ground ginger, ground cardamom, ground maca, crushed black pepper

Serving: Take one teaspoon of the infused honey garlic daily, either straight or mixed into warm water, tea or drizzled over food (we recommend first thing in the morning on an empty stomach). To support cold and flu symptoms take recommended dose 3-4 times a day.

Storage: store in a cool, dark place to let the fermentation process thrive. Keep the jar tightly sealed, stir thoroughly before use and do not cross-contaminate
